Bristol will be charging between US$15,000 and $30,000 a speech. Sarah Palin, however, commands much higher fee. Palin gets US$100,000, private, first-class travel and a bendy straw, among other things, per speech.

Bristol signed on with a speakers’ bureau called Single Source Speakers and she will now speak at conferences, fundraisers, special events as well as other programmes related to youth, women and all.

Bristol’s pregnancy with her then-boyfriend, Levi Johnston, became a subject of intense scrutiny in 2008 during her mother’s vice-presidential bid. Bristol gave birth to a baby boy and then she became an advocate for abstinence.

Bristol started working with the Candie’s Foundation, an organization against teenage pregnancy and just like Sarah Palin she is also writing a book.

RadarOnline added that in her book, the teenage mother will talk about her experiences on the campaign trail, her failed engagement with Levi Johnston and her life as a single mom.
