The Macbook Air from Apple is already a renowned device for its great features for a portable device in comparison to notebooks and iPads.

The device is a great piece of engineering with some fantastic features and is also light and portable.

Toshiba is however in the process of launch of Macbook Air competitor claim media reports. The device is rumored to have some great features packed in it with a 13.3 inch display.

Other features include  Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 chips, 4GB memory, 500GB hard disk or a 512GB SSD, 16:9 aspect ratio, USB 3.0 ports, a new Blaze Mountain cooling system, a honeycomb chassis for increased durability and an ultra-fast charging SCiB battery.

From the description of the features it must be admitted that the product sounds to be great. And the new SCiB is nothing but the short for Super Charged ion Battery which means that the user will be able to charge the device in a matter of few minutes.
