Kobe Bryant & Pau Gasol Script LA Lakers Victory Over Utah Jazz
After looking slightly off color in their first-round series against the Thunder, the Los Angeles Lakers bounced back in style after dominating the match against Utah Jazz in their Western semifinal series.
With Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol looking in form Lakers defeated Jazz 111-96 in Salt Lake City.
With this win, Lakers moved into the conference final with the Phoenix Suns. Gasol was the star of the match with 33 points, 14 rebounds, two blocks and two assists. Bryant scored 32 points.
The victory once again stamped Lakers authority over the game while it exposed Jazz’s weaknesses. The Jazz must need to include some new players in their fold to perform better next season.
However, there is one good news for Utah Jazz as Deron Williams is slowly gaining form. Williams, widely regarded as the best all-around point guard in the game today, realized that he needs to get more aggressive to help his side secure victory. Williams should stand tall and carry Utah in the same fashion as Bryant is carrying his side.
