Kendra Wilkinson Asks Vivid Entertainment Not To Release Her Sex Tape
The former Playboy Playmate Kendra Wilkinson has been trying hard to stop the release of a scandalous sex tape that has surfaced from her wild past, reports RadarOnline.com.
Wilkinson's lawyer, Yael E. Holtkamp has asked the porn company Vivid Entertainment not to release the video. "The video is private and highly confidential taken for private use and not for public disclosure. Any exploitation of the video would be a gross violation of Miss Wilkinson's constitutional and common law rights of privacy," Holtkamp has said in a letter to the video company.
Wilkinson is now happily married to NFL star Hank Baskett, but she had always known about the tape she made with an unidentified man. However, she was confident that would never come out in open. The 24-year-old buxom beauty has already admitted to having a dark past that includes use of drugs, self-mutilation and a stint in a mental hospital.
During her "E! True Hollywood Story," she revealed that once a cocaine overdose during her teen years had sent her very near to death and that experience made her realize she needed to get her life together.
Meanwhile, the CEO of Vivid, Steve Hirsch is unwilling to give in to Wilkinson's demand. "After reviewing our legal position we remain confident of our right to distribute the video. Thus Vivid.Com plans to release ‘Kendra Exposed' within the next several weeks."
