Glee Returns to Fox, Release Of the Remake of Madonna’s Vogue
Viewers of Fox television were greeted with teasers of season two of Glee whose cast has done the remake of Madonna’s vit video “Vogue”.
One of the teasers had Sue Sylvester, played by actress Jane Lynch modeling the hilarious Madonna cone bra. The video debuted last week which is supposed to keep the fans interested and looking forward to the season two. Jane Lynch — who plays the show’s sadistic cheerleading coach, Sue Sylvester — stands in for Ms. Ciccone in the clip, which was previewed on Tuesday night in advance of next week’s Madonna-themed episode.
For the new GenY, it is like knowing that hand gestures really did happen when the song was played at the high school dances. Ms. Lynch’s vocals are actually quite good if one keeps in mind that her career breaks included a voice over in the movie “Straight Talk” and a Forst flakes commercial.
On her personal front the actress has confirmed to USmagazine.com on Saturday that she is set to marry her longtime girlfriend Lara Embry who is a psychologist though her representative had earlier denied a The Newyork Times report that she is tying the knot in May.
It might be recalled that Lara Embry was last year involved in a public same sex custody battle with a former partner over two children which she eventually won.
