Famous TV show host Art Linkletter Dies At 97
The popular TV show host of the 50s and the 60s, Art Linkletter has passed away. His son-in-law Art Hershey said that the 97 year old TV show host died in his Los Angeles home.
He was known for his funny interviews with children and ordinary people. He also had collated their comments in a number of best selling books.
After his daughter’s suicide he became an active outspoken anti drug crusader. He believed that his daughter committed suicice due to the usage of LSD though her autopsy showed no traces of drugs in her body.
A record before her death related to family values won a Grammy award in 1970.
