Dancing with the Stars 2010 Results Show Serves a Shock: Kate Gosselin Stays While Shannen Doherty is Out

It was a shock when Shannen Doherty was eliminated on Dancing with the Stars season 10 results episode last night instead of Kate Gosselin and Buzz Aldrin.

Conspiracy theories are flying high with this development on the show. Many are of the opinion that the result has been fixed by producers of DWTS 2010, so as to keep ratings booster Kate Gosselin on the show.

How about Buzz Aldrin? The 80 year old Astronaut got saved by public vote even though he was at the bottom according to judges. His moonwalking addition to Cha-cha-cha and kind of stiff foxtrot did not help much.

Another surprise was Baywatch star Pamela Anderson finishing in bottom two after her sensual Marilyn Monroe pastiche earlier.

But its good that she survived.

"90210" actress Shannen Doherty spoke on her elimination, "I think that dancing isn't really my thing. I'm an actor and it's what I love to do. I did this for my dad and I did exactly what I wanted."

The ABC show is attracting large audiences this year with a strong Dancing with the Stars cast and ratings wise the show is second to American Idol 2010.

To DWTS Producers, My family and I will no longer be watching future episodes of your show. The vicious attacks on Kate Gosslin on your website and the little clips on the program that show conflict between Kate and her dance partner have been done on purpose to rack up ratings. It is shameless, calculating, sexist and nasty. I don't think one way or the other about Kate Gosslin, but I am sickened by the way she is being treated, and I hold your show accountable. So Bye Bye, and we'll be tuning in to American Idol.

i really love dancing with the stars but i am beginning to belive that it is a popularity show not a dance show the show is called dancing with the stars not popularity with the stars the keep the worst dancers just for the ratings that not fair the one that dances the best should win not the one that is most popular or gets the best ratings kate gosselin should have been kicked off the show just for trying to get tony booted off the show i do not feel sorry for her she is doing it for attention and money money money i think she is a mess. sharon o

I cannot believe that Shannen was sent home last night while Kate and Buzz will return next week. Not only can Kate not dance but she has a major attitude problem. As for Buzz, the judges all gave him 4's! Come on people, what does that say? He had his chance to shine in sixty-nine when he walked on the moon. Now it is time for someone else to shine. There are too many good dancers with potential this season. Perhaps the producers should reconsider selecting senior citizens to pair up with the professionals. Personally I don't think it is fair to the professional dancers as it really limits their opportunities. I myself am a senior citizen but I can tell you that there is not way I could keep up.

I believe the results are rigged so Kate Gosselin will be on for a while - so many love to see her fall flat on her face. She has sunk to such a low level - she really needs therapy. How can she not know that she is being used for her clown effect, just the way she allowed her children to be used. The almighty god, money, money, money.
