American Idol 2010 Last Night: Crystal Bowersox Sings Shania Twain’s No One Needs To Know
American Idol 2010 frontrunner Crystal Bowersox yesterday entered the Shania Twain Week singing Twain's "No One Needs To Know."
Although the judges did not appear flattered much by Bowersox's performance, they praised her efforts for singing it in her own style.
On American Idol season 9, yesterday night Bowersox performed with an actual band, and it was by far the only country-sounding rendition of Twain's songs performed in the show yesterday. American Idol judge Randy Jackson said that Bowersox's performance had a Nickel Creek quality to it. All the judges, except Simon Cowell agreed that Bowersox has delivered a superb performance but they stressed it was not her best performance.
However, Simon Cowell said that the performance was not good saying the song itself was not particularly good. Cowell added that it was Bowersox's first performance that did not impress him. On her part, Bowersox said she still loved Cowell. Experts maintained that yesterday's performance might topple Bowersox from the top position on the show. Some even feared that Bowersox might get eliminated tonight.
Well! That we will find out on American Idol tonight on the results episode.
