Barely a month after announcing her retirement from acting on social networking site Twitter, Amanda Bynes yesterday announced that she’s “unretired.” Bynes has not given any reason for her decision to return to business. She however, tweeted the trailer for Easy A.

Bynes will be seen opposite Emma Stone in the film, which is scheduled to hit the theaters in September. Easy A also stars Gossip Girl’s Penn Badgley, Lisa Kudrow, and Stanley Tucci. Bynes had announced her retirement on June 21, saying, "Being an actress isn't as fun as it may seem. If I don't love something anymore, I stop doing it. I don't love acting anymore, so I've stopped doing it."

Bynes, 24, is an actress, fashion designer, and singer. She has acted in several successful television series, such as All That and The Amanda Show, on Nickelodeon in the mid to late 1990s and early 2000s. She has acted in the TV series, What I Like About You in 2002.

She switched to silver screen and has acted in several films aimed at teenage audiences, including She's the Man (2006) and Hairspray (2007). Bynes was named one of Teen People's "25 Hottest Stars Under 25" in 2006. In 2007 she was listed as the fifth highest paid celebrity under 21 by Forbes.

Bynes started her career as a fashion designer in 2007 by signing a five-year deal with the Steve & Barry's to create her own fashion line, Dear. The line was launched in August 16, 2007.
