The "30 Rock" star Tina Fey is pregnant again. Tina broke the news to Oprah Winfrey, saying that she's expecting a second child with her husband, composer Jeff Richmond. Celebrity website People reported that the 40-year-old 30 Rock creator and star revealed the news during a taping of The Oprah Winfrey Show on Wednesday. Tina said that she is already five months along.
The Emmy winner appears on the NBC comedy and she also writes and serves as executive producer of the superhit show. Tina said that the show will not be affected by her pregnancy. The show is currently in its fifth season. Alec Baldwin recently told New York Magazine’s Vulture blog that the show will end next year, but sources added that it is nothing more than rumor. "Our contracts are expired [in 2012], and Tina is going to have a big career directing films and writing. She's going to be the next Elaine May. She'll be great," he said.
Fey already has a 5-year-old daughter, Alice with Richmond. Fey appeared on the Oprah’s show to promote her new book, Bossypants, as well as an upcoming Saturday Night Live reunion. The episode will air on Tuesday. Tina, an actress, comedian, writer and producer, is known for her work on the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live (SNL), the NBC comedy series 30 Rock, and films such as Mean Girls (2004), Baby Mama (2008), and Date Night (2010). She first broke into comedy as a featured player in the comedy group The Second City.
